Application process

Timeline

  • Discovery & Technical screen (45mn): if your profile catches our attention we will setup a call to discuss the role, your experiences, your expectations, as well as some technical questions.
  • Take-home exercise (6hrs): this take-home exercise is to be conducted at home when it's the best for you. It's a great way to demonstrate your technical abilities but more importantly, to show your design process and thinking. Once completed, our Lead Designer will conduct a written design review.
  • Case study review (45mn): if we were to continue the applying process with you, we would likely make this design review a meeting to dive deeper on your design process
  • Culture fit (30mn): this final step is the best time to get to know a bit better whom you might be working with at Fruitz. You will have the opportunity to meet other team members (marketing, engineers), to ask questions about their day-to-day, their experiences at Fruitz, or even their hobbies.
