Social Media & Content Manager H/F - CDI
Fruitz is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to bring the brand to life on social networks and within our community. You like to interact with people, have a critical mind, a strategic vision and are at ease in operational matters and in a hypergrowth environment.
You will join a small but very experienced Marketing & Communication team, and will directly report to the Head of the department.

Key accountabilities

You will grow and engage our social media community on our owned channels, develop a strong community and create engaging and curated content for our users.

Social Media

  • Translate our communication strategy and brand messages into a powerful editorial strategy that fits with our brand objectives, in all of our countries.
  • Embody our brand and its tone of voice: as a Social Media Manager you will be the voice of Fruitz and, as such, you will be in charge of embodying our personality and values.
  • Create contents for each networks, define the publishing strategy, animate and engage with our community.
  • Work on special activations such as influencers, partnerships and others to grow our community while promoting Fruitz.
  • Track relevant qualitative and quantitative KPIs and create monthly reports to share with the marketing team.
  • Oversee our paid social media campaigns (budget, objectives, creatives, etc.) and optimize.

This position may be a good fit if you…
  • Have worked as a Social Media Manager / Content Manager in a B2C start-up or scale-up environnement (3 years experience min).
  • Have experience using all social media networks, both with a brand and acquisition approach.
  • Use metrics and research to inform and validate your work
  • Are particularly good at prioritization, organization, building relationships with other teams.
  • Have a proactive and creative approach to solve exciting challenges.
  • Have a good understanding of analytics.
  • Are passionate about consistency and details.
  • Speak fluent French and English. Another language is appreciated.

  • Type : full-time contract (CDI).

  • Compensation : 33K€+ depending on seniority.
