Head of Customer Success H/F - CDI
You will be at the heart of Fruitz. Listening to our communities to understand their needs. Analysing customer feedback and report findings to product, tech, and marketing teams. You will be in charge of operational management of customer service and user base moderation at Fruitz. Building a process to support and care our community
  • Define and implement security policies for users
  • Daily communications with community (chat in app, social networks, mail)
  • Define and implement stratégies of up-selling and loyalty
  • Moderate harmful behavior and graphic content
  • Manage our support customer’s tools and improve internal and external process
  • Recruit and manage an international team for customer service
  • Define monthly improvement workstreams
  • Manage customer feedbacks
  • Weekly reportings of user insight to feed product team of any user experience.
  • In charge of all security mesures and communications with concerned authorities.
Required Profile
  • Licence in communication or business school at least, and +3 years of experience in customer service
  • Recognized for your organization, rigor and relational qualities, you know how to work in a team as well as alone.
  • You have very good analytical skills, you are comfortable with numbers and data.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Type : full-time contract (CDI).
  • Starting date : as soon as possible.
