Country Manager

Key accountabilities

Directly reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication, your objective is to establish Fruitz as a leading dating app for Gen Z in your target countries (within Europe).
  • Conduct extensive research regarding the markets and learn everything possible about the dating industry in your target countries.
  • Adapt our global brand and growth strategies to establish our brand in those markets according to their specifics (regions, cities, seasons, local trends…)
  • Development of acquisition and brand campaigns (influence, PR, above the line, key local players, etc.)
  • Lead the business reviews and conduct the operational monitoring of business results, communicate at the company level on the target countries market performances.
  • Manage and train 1 person


This position may be a good fit if you…
  • Have a minimum of 5-years experience in the e-commerce or dating industry with a strong track record.
  • You have excellent business sense & analytics skills.
  • You are willing to participate in building a very strong brand, by leveraging the core DNA of Fruitz brand and adapting it to your target markets.
  • You are perfectly bilingual in English and French. Another language is appreciated.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge, autonomous and efficient.
